Quality assurance of products
We source the products personally and have them manufactured in a trusted factory. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Miss Guppy. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Registration
To use some of the services or features made available to you on Miss Guppy, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide personal information that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us at the following e-mail address enquiry@missguppy.com. You may also want to view our Privacy Policy. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

Pricing Policy
Default prices shown on Miss Guppy are in SGD, but convertible to another currency using the currency converter. Prices are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. All ke prices and offers remain valid as advertised. The price of a product displayed at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error.
For currencies other than SGD, product prices are set using existing currency exchange rates. These prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or the items are subject to promotional discounts at any time during the selling period.
If your credit card is not denominated in SGD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

Acceptance of your order
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email within 24 hours acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
We may refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on Miss Guppy; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit cards via PayPal, bank transfer and internet banking.

For credit/debit card payments, payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon your successful order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Miss Guppy, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make Miss Guppy secure. All credit card transactions are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment medium that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from us.

Cancellation of order
All goods sold are not refundable.

Delivery
We will cover the charge of delivery by registered mail (or the local courier servce) to local addresses. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for lost mail or late deliveries caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Our relationship
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Miss Guppy yas a result of your use of this site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Miss Guppy, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, and written and other materials that appear as part of Miss Guppy are intellectual properties owned by us. Miss Guppy is protected by copyright, titles and interests in and to which are owned by us.

The contents of Miss Guppy are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of the site. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents or the site.

Inaccuracy disclaimer
From time to time there may be information on Miss Guppy that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Miss Guppy harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Miss Guppy. You may terminate this agreement at any time. We also may terminate this agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if in Miss Guppy's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon any termination of this agreement by either you or us, you must immediately destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
