All items sold are not refundable.

An exchange will be made at no charge to you:
-if the item you have received is of the wrong size, wrong colour, is of the wrong design, or defective.
-we will redeliver your order immediately upon the return of the item. We will bear the cost of redelivery. You will have to bear the cost of returning the item.

If you have ordered the wrong size/wrong colour/wrong design:
-refunds are not applicable.
-we do not accept exchanges for such cases.

For returning the wrong or defective item in the abovementioned cases:
-the price tag must be intact and the item in its original packaging upon return.
-exchange must be done within three days after receiving the item (the time between receiving the item and mailing it back). Overdue returns will not be processed.
-exchange is not available if the product has been subjected to washing and wear.
-all goods sent back for exchange will be the customer's responsibility.
