Miss Guppy is a Singapore-based online shopping store with years of experience in retail shopping. We aim to provide reasonable pricing for our unique taste in fashion inspired from trends in Japan, Korea and Thailand.

- must I register?
Yes, Miss Guppy requires you to register with us before you can make any purchase. Registration is easy and free of charge. You can view the details of your current order, and check your history of past purchases from your account page. Click on the "log in / my account" button at the top of the page, or click here to register. You will be directed to a page to fill in your details.

- I cannot log in
Your username or password may be different from that you have registered. Letters are case sensitive. Please try again.

- I forgotten my password
Click on the "log in" button and click "Forgotten My Password?". Alternatively, you can click here. We will send a link with your password to the email address that you have registered with your Miss Guppy account.

- I registered, but there is no confirmation email of successful registration
You may have wrongly keyed in your email address. Please email us at enquiry@missguppy.com.

Select the item type in the "Catalogue" column on the left to browse. Our products are listed in order of latest arrival. Or you may type the keywords of your desired item in the "search" bar at the top right of the page. "Black", "lace", are some of the keywords you may use.

- there is no successful match to my search
Please modify your search keyword and try again. You may like to consider searching by colours or material.

- there is a slight colour difference between the picture with the received product
Colour differences may arise due to the properties of your display screen. Also, while we strive for accuracy, lighting and other causes may alter the colour during photography.

- are there alteration services available?
We do not offer alteration services.

- I want to check my order
Please log in, and refer to your account page for details of your past and current orders.

- I ordered, but there is no confirmation email of successful order
We will send you a notification email within 24 hours of your order. If it does not arrive, please contact us at enquiry@missguppy.com

- can I cancel/change the item size/colour after ordering?
No, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations after you have ordered.

- a wrong/defective item has arrived
We apologise for the error. Please send it back in its original condition without removing the tag within 3 days after receiving it, and we will deliver a replacement immediately upon receipt. We will cover the cost of redelivery.

- can I decide on the shipping address?
You will have to fill in your shipping address when you register an account with us. You may change your shipping address after logging in to your account, by going to your account page. Also, you are required to fill in your address upon checking out.

- can I have it delivered overseas?
Yes, we deliver worldwide.

- I want to know the shipping fee
For local deliveries, we will cover the cost during the promotional period. For international deliveries, the shipping fee will vary according to the weight of the total items you have ordered. Please refer to the table here.

- I want to know the date of arrival
Local addresses are delivered by SingPost, and international addresses by Speedpost air courier. Unfortunately we are not able to give you an exact date, but local deliveries should take between 2 to 4 working days, and international ones 6 to 14 days.

- my order has not arrived
Please wait about 2 to 4 days if you are living in Singapore, and allow 6 to 14 days for delivery if you are an international customer. However there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

- I ordered more than once in a day, what will happen to the shipping fee?
During the promotional period, we will cover the cost of all deliveries. We may choose to pack your multiple orders into one package.

- how do I make payment by credit/debit card?
After ordering, you will be directed to the PayPal website to fill in your credit card details. Upon successful deduction from your account, you will be directed back to our website. Transaction is free of charge.

- how do I make payment by internet banking?
Please visit your bank website to make payment. Transaction is free of charge. We accept the following banks:
