Free delivery during promotional period now!

Our working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays. For payment received before 3pm, we will process and send out your order by the next working day, using SingPost registered mail.

For example, if you have made payment on a Thursday before 3pm, we will process and send out your order by Friday. If payment is made after 3pm, we will send out your order by Monday.

You will receive your order in 2 to 3 working days after payment (on a next day basis).

The registered mail will be delivered directly to your doorstep, and in the case of unsuccessful delivery, a notification slip will be dropped in your mailbox for collection at your nearest post office.

We will also deliver by local courier services should you request for it. They are advisable for urgent orders.

For mail exceeding 2kg in total weight, we may have to split your order items into multiple packages for sending via registered mail, or deliver by the local courier service.

For both registered mail and courier delivery, we will send you an email with the tracking number with which you can track the status of your order.

International addresses

All international orders will be sent via Speedpost Air Parcel. It may take from 6 to 14 working days for it to arrive.

Zone E: Australia, China, India, Japan, Pakistan, Vietnam

The above shipping rates do not include custom taxes, import duties or any other administrative charges that may incur for importing goods into your country. All these charges are to be borne by the customers. Please check with your custom regarding import regulations so as to avoid any unnecessary delay in the clearance of goods.

Miss Guppy reserves the right to adjust the shipping charges without prior notice.

The following circumstances may result in unsuccessful delivery of the package:
-you have given us an incorrect or incomplete address.
-you have shifted residence since last providing us with your address.
-the collection slip is misplaced by your family members.
-the Singapore Post postman may have neglected to leave behind the collection slip to notify you of the failed delivery and that your mail has been sent to the nearest post office.
-you can liase with Singapore Post regarding redelivery.
-the mail has not been redeemed for 15 working days from the date of post.
-lost mail
We leave our return address on parcel, and the Post Office will return the mail to us if it has been left uncollected.
Miss Guppy is not liable for any items lost in transition (all is registered mail).
